1. Who we are

ApexOS is a software product being built by Phillip Booth. You can reach the founder directly at Phillip@useapexos.com.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your city and state

We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session-recording tools on useapexos.com. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained by our infrastructure providers for operational purposes.

3. How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Send you a confirmation of your waitlist signup
• Notify you when ApexOS opens for your tier
• Communicate directly with you about ApexOS during the pre-launch period

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for anything outside of ApexOS-related communication.

4. Service providers we use

We rely on these third-party services to operate the site and waitlist:

• Supabase — stores waitlist signups (database hosting)
• Resend — delivers confirmation and notification emails
• Vercel — hosts and serves the website

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to remove your information from the waitlist at any time by emailing Phillip@useapexos.com. We will remove your record promptly.

6. Children

ApexOS is built for commercial contractors and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy will be substantially expanded and formally reviewed before ApexOS opens for customer onboarding. We will update the "Last updated" date above when material changes are made.
