Terms of Service
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Pre-launch notice. ApexOS is in pre-launch development. These terms govern the limited use of useapexos.com today — primarily the marketing site and the waitlist. A full Terms of Service reviewed by counsel will be published before ApexOS opens for customer onboarding and before any payments are accepted. Nothing on this site today constitutes an offer to sell or a binding commitment to provide software services.
1. About ApexOS
ApexOS is a software product being built by Phillip Booth (the "founder"). Contact: Phillip@useapexos.com.
2. What this site is
useapexos.com is a pre-launch marketing site and waitlist. Information shown on this site — including features, tiers, pricing, and timelines — describes the planned product and is subject to change as development continues. References to features marked "on the roadmap" or "on release" are forward-looking and do not represent currently available functionality.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, a reservation, or a guarantee of access. It indicates your interest and gives you priority communication as launch slots open. We may contact you about ApexOS during the pre-launch period. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing the founder.
4. Use of the site
By using useapexos.com, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Submit false or misleading information through the waitlist form
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or interfere with the site
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual property
The ApexOS name, logo, written content, and site design are owned by the founder and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
6. No warranty during pre-launch
This pre-launch site is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any information on it. Pricing, features, and timelines are subject to change without notice prior to formal launch.
7. Future commercial terms
When ApexOS becomes commercially available, a separate, full set of subscription terms will govern paid use of the software. Those terms will be presented and require acceptance before any payment or account creation. Nothing on this site today binds either party to those future terms.
8. Changes
These terms will be substantially expanded and formally reviewed before launch. We will update the "Last updated" date above when material changes are made.
